Next Chapter are 8-week psychoeducational classes for men and women navigating separation, divorce, and grief. Through practical education, guided reflection, and evidence-informed strategies, participants learn to build resilience, strengthen emotional well-being, and move forward with hope and confidence.
Next Chapter is educational in nature and is not psychotherapy or a substitute for mental health treatment.

Women: 5:30PM - 7:00PM
Men: 7:00PM - 8:30PM

About The Facilitator
Julie Young, LPC
As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board-Certified Supervisor, Julie Young brings extensive clinical experience helping individuals navigate life's most challenging transitions. Her professional expertise is complemented by personal experience with divorce involving children, giving her a deep understanding of the emotional, financial, and practical challenges that often accompany the end of a marriage.
Julie is passionate about helping individuals move through separation and divorce with resilience, clarity, and hope. Her compassionate, practical approach supports clients as they process grief, rebuild confidence, strengthen healthy relationships, and create a meaningful path forward for themselves and their families.
