A 90-minute educational support class for graduates of The Connection Project (formerly SABR or LifeSTAR of Mesa). The class meets once each month and provides ongoing education, accountability, discussion, and encouragement in a safe, confidential environment. Maintenance Groups are considered educational in nature and not psychotherapy and should not be a replacement for mental health treatment or individual therapy. Separate classes are offered for men and women.
